1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
3. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to most pin codes across India. However, there may be certain remote areas where our courier partners cannot deliver. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately to provide a full refund.
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
Shopcery is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience:
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
